Andrea Fornarola Hunsberger, is the founder and a director of Elements Fitness Studio. A professional dancer, music theatre performer, actor, and fitness guru from Manhattan. Andrea has been dancing and creating movement patterns since her early childhood. Working in the industry for 15 years, Andrea has developed programs and instructed classes at many upscale fitness facilities in Manhattan and has taught sold out classes to the elite and famous. Andrea holds multiple nationally recognized fitness certifications including ACE, AFAA, Schwinn, and Real Ryder International. Through her experience, she has developed a unique series of signature classes that she offers exclusively at Elements Fitness Studio. Andrea is a Magma Cum Laude graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo with a BFA in Dance. She has multiple credits in regional theatre, dance, film, TV, and online media. She is proud member of the American Federation of Television and Radio Artists, Screen Actors Guild and the Actors Equity Association.
Emily teaches yoga asana and barre classes in a variety of boutique studios and gyms all over the NYC area. She has her background in ballet, completing the pre-professional program at Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre and holding a BA in dance from Mercyhurst University. She started on her teaching journey six years ago. She has her 200 RYT under Stephanie Culen and Derek Beres (Equinox), going on to train for the barre under Jamie Greer (Exhale), as well as an 108 hour anatomy program under Jason R Brown. Her classes are challenging, creative, and anatomically sound. Connecting with clients, helping modify to help with injuries, pushing her clients to achieve goals and making even the most challenging parts of the work out fun motivate Emily to give her best every class.
SUP Instructor, Barre Instructor
Nicole is an East Hampton local who grew up on the water and has a strong love for fitness and athletics. She has been visiting the East End since she was five years old and then proceeded to move out here over 13 years ago, she now lives full time in the Hamptons with her husband and two sons.
Nicole is certified as both a Paddle board and spin instructor. While also being Paddlefit Level 1 certified. She started practicing barre and fell in love with it. It was the perfect complement to her daily workouts. Elements’s combination of Barre Fitness and SUP bring two things she loves very much together under one location. She is very excited about joining the Elements Fitness Team this summer.
Instructor, East Hampton
Growing up on Long Island Taylor found her love of fitness and dance at a young age, going onto graduate from Hunter College with a B.A. in Dance this past May. Her years in New York City allowed her to explore fitness and dance with survivors of domestic violence, as a method of relaxation in partnership with Gibney Dance. Planning to obtain her MFA in Dance in the near future, she hopes to further embrace dance and fitness as a relaxation technique. She is excited to join the Elements Fitness team and hang out at the barre!
Whitney is a graduate from the College of Charleston in South Carolina. Being involved in the fashion and modeling industry, a healthy and fit life style have become a priority. She has since been featured in fitness video promotions and swimwear. Certified in two Ballet Barre methods as well as Aerobic Fitness Association of America, Whitney is excited to Elements Fitness and share her passion and skills with the community.
Heather Langham, an Arizona native, is about to begin her 8th season with The Radio City Rockettes! She began dancing and performing at the age of 2 at Langham Dance Center, the family owned dance studio in Peoria, Arizona. Because of this she quickly found her love of dance and a DREAM of becoming a Rockette. Growing up in a dance studio allowed her to fully immerse herself in the art. She attended Arizona State University where she received her Bachelors Degree in Dance and Theatre. After college she began her professional career at Phoenix Theatre where she performed in Chicago, Swing, Cabaret, and A Chorus Line. In 2009 Heather, stepped on stage for the first time at Radio City Music Hall as a Rockette, she hasn’t stopped kicking since. Heather’s impact on the dance world doesn’t stop in the studio or on stage. In 1998 she began working for the National Dance Alliance where she instructed, choreographed and judged high school and college dance teams across the nation. Her choreography can be seen on nationally ranked collegiate teams including: Southern Methodist University, Sacred Heart University, Northern Arizona University and University of Albany to name a few. Recently, Heather became an Ambassador for the charity called Dancers Against Cancer (www.imadanceragainstcancer.org). This Charity raises money to help dancers that are affected by cancer.
Bryan is a Southampton native who grew up spending every summer on the water. He recently graduated from Binghamton University. After spending his whole life in the water as a swimmer, water skier, sailor, stand up paddle-boarder, and lifeguard, Bryan can't wait to join the elements team as a SUP instructor this summer.
Nina is a former dancer turned fitness and yoga enthusiast. Her passion for movement, music, and adventure, inspire her to motivate her students and share that energy in an experience together. Her class will drive you to challenge yourself and become more aware in your body. She has taught at many top facilities in NYC including Pure Yoga, SLT, and Solace New York where she was the program director and creator of Sculpt by Solace. She is also an ambassador at Athleta where she believes in sharing their message of "Power of She." She hopes that everyone leaves her class feeling strong, accomplished, and on a natural high!
Keisha has been teaching fitness and dance for over 10 years. After moving to New York 5 years ago, she developed an interest in specialized fitness. The intense drive, focus, determination, and commitment of her clientele pushes her to become a better teacher every day. Keisha has extensively trained and taught styles of Physique 57, YogaWorks, The Tracy Anderson Method, Exhale, Bari, and Brooklyn Bodyburn. Keisha has had a professional career as a dancer for the NBA's Indiana Pacers, NFL's San Diego Chargers, NFL's New York Jets, the California Ballet Company, and the Alaska Dance Theater. In her classes, Keisha focuses on the fluidity of movement. Exercise should make sense and flow from one movement to the next without extensive set up. Through toning and strengthening exercises one can and will get a good sweat on.
