Studio Reservation & Cancellation Policy

Classes can be reserved online using our mind body online schedule, by phone or by email. Reservations must be made with a credit card to confirm your place in class. Purchases will not be refunded to your credit card. If a reservation is cancelled early the class is credited to your Elements Fitness Studio account to use towards future reservations. Single classes, class packages, unlimited packages, special promotions, workshops and memberships are non-refundable.  Classes and instructor assignments are subject to change. Pricing is subject to change without notice. New clients should contact Elements Fitness Studio to inquire about our classes. New Clients are encouraged to contact their doctor prior to starting a new fitness regime.

Private Sessions, Small Groups & Workshops

Reservations for private sessions must be made in person, over the phone or by email. Please contact andrea@elementsfitnessstudio.com to inquire about availability. Reservations may be cancelled over the phone or by email 24 hours before the start of the workshop. Private Sessions and Workshops canceled after the 24 hour cancelation window will be charged full price for the missed service.

Waitlists

If you are added to class from a waitlist, you need to confirm your reservation 4 hours prior to the start of class. Once a class is confirmed, you will be held to the cancellation policy for that class.

Cancellations

Reservations and Classes booked are subject to a 24 hour cancellation window. You must cancel your reservation online, on the phone or in the studio. Classes purchased cannot be refunded or transferred.

* Please Note: All cancellations made after our 24 hour window will be considered a late cancel and will be charged for the full price for the missed class. No show and late cancellations will be charged the full price for the classes missed. No refunds will be given for no show and or late cancellations.


Studio Policy & Etiquette

Arrival

First time clients are requested to arrive 10-15 minutes before the start of the class. For safety reasons, clients cannot join the class once instruction has begun teaching.

Etiquette

Please refrain from using cell phones during class. Proper footwear must be worn for each class in the studio, i.e. grip socks and or sneakers. Please refer to guest code of conduct. No Pets or unattended children are allowed in the studio durning class. 

Late Arrivals

Elements allows a 10 minute grace period, clients who arrive after the grace period will not be allowed to participate in class for safety reasons. Client/Guest Code of Conduct

The staff of the Elements Fitness Studio are committed to providing a high quality environment for all clients. We are dedicated to maintaining an environment in which each client can feel safe and respected. In order to assure a positive experience, clients are expected to conduct themselves in an appropriate manner at all times while participating in Elements Fitness & Dance programs and its facilities. The following standards of conduct apply to all clients during their program participation as well as to all guests during their visit to the Elements Fitness and Dance. The client must conduct himself in an appropriate manner while in a program or within the Elements Fitness and Dance studio. Clients are expected to be respectful of other participants and staff.


Purchasing & Return Policy

Class Package Policies

Single classes expire one month from date of purchase. 5, 10, and 20 class series expire 12 months from the date of purchase. Class Packages are non transferable and non refundable. Sharing of class packages is not permited. Special expecption is made on a case by case basis for immediate family members. Any questions please contact andrea@elementstfitnessstudio.com 

Monthly unlimited packages expire 31 days from date of activation. 

Special promotional packages and workshops may have shorter expiration dates.

If a reservation is early cancelled the class is credited to your Elements Fitness Studio account to use towards future reservations. Purchases will not be refunded to your credit card, or given back as cash. Discounts are only available when making purchases at the studio or by phone. Please call 917-589-7319 for information.

Return Policy for Packages

Single classes, class packages, unlimited packages, special promotions, workshops and memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Return Policy for Merchandise

NO refunds. We will gladly accept returns of unwashed and unworn merchandise with the tags attached within 15 days of purchase date for store credit or exchanges. Socks, accessories & undergarments are final sale. All sale items are final.
